Addendum One changes the bid opening date to September 10, 2007 at 2:30PM. Also on Addendum one is a second scheduled mandatory pre-bid conference and mandatory pre-bid job walk on August 22, 2007 at 1:30P.M. Those who attended the conference on August 7, 2007 need not attend this second conference.
