MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
In order to submit a proposal for this project it is mandatory to either attend the Pre-Proposal Conference on September 18, 2007 or view the on-line Pre-Proposal Multi-Media Presentation.
The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2007.
The on-line presentation will be available from 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 18, 2007 through 4:00 PM Thursday, September 27, 2007.
