It is mandatory to either attend the Pre-Proposal conference or to view the Pre-proposal Conference Multi-Media Presentation (Power Point slide show). Any Proposer not attending the Pre-Proposal Conference or the Pre-Proposal Conference Multi-Media Presentation on-line will be deemed to have not complied with the requirements of the Proposal Documents and its Proposal will be rejected.

When the University has determined the low Proposer, Proposer Identities will be revealed, posted on our website, and made public.
