The selected consultant will provide coordination and joint documentation for NOAA as the lead federal agency under NEPA and UCSB as the lead state agency under CEQA.

You must download and return the Statement of Qualification Form in order to be considered for this project. The Statement of Qualification Form must be signed by a responsible member of the firm applying for the project and submitted along with the submittal proposal.

Proposals have been received and are under review by the University.
