Apparent Lowest Responsible Bidder Based on Lump Sum Base Bid, plus extended amount of Compensable Delay, plus all Unit Prices multiplied by their respective Estimated Quantities as stated in the Bid Form, plus all Alternates. Apparent Lowest Responsible Bidder is F III Carpentry.
