Phase II of the North Campus Faculty Housing will consist of 41 units of Type V sprinklered wood-frame and plaster, 3 and 4 bedroom residential housing, plus a Community Center and Pool. The University has determined that bidders who submit bids on this project must be prequalified. The completed Prequalification Questionnaire and Statement of Qualification Form must be downloaded, completed and submitted in order to be considered.
