ALL SUBMITTALS REJECTED: After careful evaluation, the University has determined that it is in its best interests to reject all prequalification submittals and cancel the prequalification process. However, the Anacapa Residence Hall Life Safety & Renewal Project is still scheduled to be bid out during the February 2013 timeframe, and will likely include a ‘minimum qualifications’ component.
