Each bidder must submit a Qualification Questionnaire (“QQ”) with its bid. The QQ is provided in the Bidding Documents as part of the Bid Form. If a Bidder provides inaccurate or incomplete information on the QQ that Bidder will be found non-responsive and eliminated from further consideration in the competitive process.
