Proposals will be solicited from design professionals interested in providing services for the Santa Rosa Residence Hall Fire Safety and Renewal Project which will provide critical fire and life safety code upgrades, as well as renovate the Santa Rosa Residence Hall. Estimated construction cost is approximately 5.3 million dollars.
